Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique designed to release spinal blockages and calm your nervous system. Spinal Flow helps restore balance, relieve stress, and support your body’s natural ability to heal itself. During the session, you'll experience a deep sense of relaxation and may notice shifts in both your physical and emotional state.
Spinal Flow uses gentle touch on Access Points located on your Sacrum, the triangle bone at the base of your spine, the Coccyx and the Cranium (skull).
The idea is that by gently activating the access points along the spine, the body’s innate intelligence kicks in to start healing from the inside out.
You remain fully clothed (loose, flowing clothing without thick seams is best) throughout Spinal Flow sessions, and lie face down on a massage table.

While most of your session will involve contact at specific access points, as your body begins to flow, I may use gentle touch along your spine, hamstrings, feet, and hips to help deepen your body’s connection and support its release.
Your pelvis will be supported with bolsters to ensure comfort and proper alignment throughout.
There may be moments when I step away from your body. This allows me to observe how your system is responding and gives your body space to process and integrate the work.
You’ll hear music playing softly in the background — carefully curated to support and enhance your Flow state.
After a session you can expect to feel deeply rested and relaxed, with a softened sense of time.
There’s often a subtle awareness that there’s been a shift. A lightness, or a feeling that something is missing (in the best way), or that breathing feels a little easier. For those with busy, overactive minds, there’s usually a welcome sense of quiet. A pause. A little more space inside.
Before you leave, you’ll have time to gather yourself, ask any questions, or simply enjoy the stillness. Some people choose to stay in their flow state and slip out quietly — and that’s perfectly okay too.
I always recommend a short walk before getting in your car, and plenty of water to support your body as it continues to process and integrate.
Spinal Flow is not a “one and done” fix-all modality — and honestly, if someone promises to heal your entire life in a single 40-minute session, I’d suggest running the other way.
Whatever state you’re in now, it’s taken your whole life to get there. I can’t undo that in one session — or maybe even ten. But what I can do is work with your body in a way that’s gentle, kind, and compassionate.
Spinal Flow reminds your body where all its parts are. It helps your system remember that it’s safe to connect and function as a whole.
True results come from consistency. Spinal Flow works best as a series of sessions close together at first, helping the body relearn how to function with ease. Over time, we move to a gentle maintenance rhythm, supporting long-term balance and well-being.
